Delivery

Delivery services and tracking

We use DPD service for all deliveries. Depending on the number of items ordered, deliveries may be split into multiple shipments. Please verify the contents of your delivery against the attached packing slip upon arrival.

Authority to leave (ATL)

By ordering goods from us, you grant Zempire Camping and our couriers the authority to leave (“ATL”) your order at the delivery address you provide, whether the premises are attended or not. We accept no liability for parcels delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses or if a parcel is removed by a third party following delivery.

Please Note: We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.

Deliveries Areas

We deliver to the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland) and mainland Europe.

We are unable to ship to offshore UK islands or remote European regions, including certain islands and territories such as the Canary Islands, Azores, Madeira, and French overseas territories.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, with longer transit times for Northern Ireland and European deliveries.

Delivery Times

Deliveries typically arrive within 2–5 business days, plus an additional 1–2 days for rural and remote areas. For all deliveries, you will receive a Track and Trace reference via email upon dispatch.

Note: Delivery times will be impacted by statutory holidays as courier companies do not operate on these days. Business days are classed as Monday-Friday and exclude statutory holidays. Orders placed during peak season periods may experience additional delays. 

Return Policy

Items incorrectly dispatched or damaged in transit

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrectly dispatched item please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and one of our staff members will take you through the available options. 

Out of stock items

We endeavour to keep our stock as up to date as possible, in the unlikely event of an item being out of stock you will be notified by one of our staff members and taken through the available options. 

Change of mind returns for online sales

If within 30 days of purchase you have second thoughts about a product ordered through Zempire website, you may return or cancel your order under the conditions below.

After dispatch:

  • Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Goods remain the property of the purchaser until received by Zempire Camping Equipment.
  • Freight charges are non-refundable.
  • A $50 restocking fee will apply.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned items have been received and inspected.

Before dispatch:

  • If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, you are eligible for a full refund of both the product and freight charges.
  • A $50 restocking and processing fee will apply to cover administrative, labor, and transaction costs already incurred.

Return exceptions

  • Final sale items - Special orders, Final Run Items, Restored Items and Gift Cards are not eligible for change of mind returns.
  • Damaged gear - The Zempire return policy doesn't cover ordinary wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
  • Product defects - If your item has a manufacturing defect, a warranty claim must be submitted. Items with defects in materials or workmanship are not eligible for return without an approved warranty claim.
  • Past abuse of our return policy - In the rare event that Zempire determines there has been an abuse of the Return Policy, we will not accept a return or exchange, even within 30 days of purchase, in order to ensure that every return or exchange is handled with fairness and protects the integrity of our customers.

Warranty Exchanges

Warranty claims or exchanges must be requested separately. For full details, please refer to our Warranty Policy and claim submission process available on our website.
